As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the digital experience for our customers, we launched the first phase of a new Insurance Hub on our platform.


This release marks the beginning of a long‑term initiative to bring insurance‑related tools, information, and support into one cohesive digital space, improving clarity for customers and enabling smoother, more efficient interactions across the journey.


This feature is currently live, with updates coming soon.


Audience

This release focused on a specific group of clients, giving them convenient access to key policy information without the need to search through emails or contact support.

Features

Phase 1 of the Insurance Hub consolidates essential policy details; including coverage information, premiums, benefits, and important documents into one easy-to-navigate digital space. 

Benefits

In addition to improving visibility, the hub enhances service speed by enabling faster claims assistance and providing quick access to specialists, including the option to request a free callback directly through the platform.

Project highlight

Throughout this project, I gained valuable hands‑on experience in reading and interpreting API documentation, ensuring personalized experiences through accessible, reliable data, and understanding the difference between dynamic, API‑driven content versus static, hard‑coded information. These learnings not only strengthened the quality of the solution but also deeply enriched my own growth as a designer.

Delivering this phase required close collaboration between business analysts, software developers, internal teams, and key stakeholders. Together, we built a strong foundation for a more seamless and accessible insurance experience, one I’m excited to expand and refine in future phases.
